We are a company that provides hiking tours with a maximum difficulty level of T4 and a maximum group size of 8 participants.

2. Booking and Reservations

A booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.
All bookings are subject to availability.
The minimum number of participants for a tour may vary and will be communicated during the booking process. In the event that the tour does not meet the required number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

3. Tour Details

Our hiking tours are designed to be adjustable to a variety of hiking levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. We offer trails that can accommodate participants with varying levels of fitness and experience, while still maintaining a maximum difficulty of T4.
Minimum Age: The minimum age for participants is 12 years old, though this may vary depending on the difficulty of the trip. For children under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them.
If you are planning to bring a guest or family member, or if you're unsure about the suitability of a hike for a particular fitness level, please contact us. We will gladly discuss the options and help you select the most appropriate tour based on individual preferences, fitness levels, and experience.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem unfit for the tour, based on fitness level, medical conditions, or prior behavior.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Preparation: It is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time, wearing suitable clothing and footwear for the hike. Participants must be prepared for changing weather conditions and should bring sufficient water, snacks, and any personal medication they may need during the hike.
Fitness and Health: Participants must be in adequate physical condition to safely complete the hike. If you have any doubts about your fitness or health, please consult a doctor before booking. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation in the tour.
Following Instructions: You must follow the guidance of our experienced hiking guides throughout the tour. This includes adhering to any safety instructions, respecting the pace set by the guide, and taking care of your own safety and that of others in the group.
Respecting the Environment: We encourage all participants to respect nature and local wildlife. Please do not litter, and refrain from disturbing animals or damaging plants and vegetation.
Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs during the hike is strictly prohibited. If we suspect that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you may be asked to leave the tour for safety reasons.
Behavior: You are responsible for your own behavior during the hike. Any disruptive behavior or actions that may endanger the group’s safety may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Participation in our hiking tours involves inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to slips, falls, adverse weather conditions, and wildlife encounters. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
You agree to provide accurate health and emergency contact information before participating in the tour.
If you have any medical conditions or physical limitations, please inform us prior to booking or at the time of booking.
Our guides are trained in first aid; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of the tour.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of our participants, but we cannot accept liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Participants are responsible for their own actions and must accept liability for any damages caused during the tour, whether to the environment or other individuals.
In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we are not liable for any changes or cancellations to the tour.
